Will there be a user or processing fee charged by the Government for using the Automated Export System (AES)?
Congress enacts user and processing fees. There are no known plans to impose a user or processing fee for AES or for inspections. However, the exporter is responsible for the fees associated with devanning (emptying a container for inspection) charges.
